Jumping sider, Good or Bad?

Was planning on doing a Neem spray today and while inspecting plants before spraying have found theres a jumping spider moving between plants so have delayed me spray.

Is it good to have a jumping sider in the garden, There are no signs of any other pests.
If he is doing the job of removing pests/mites then Ill cancel this spraying.

I have jumping spiders come in often, I usually just kill them off as soon as I see them, but they're not going any harm.

I am wondering the same. I saw a nat/fly and then a day or so later started seeing those little jumping spiders and nothing since then I havnt seen any bugs besides the worms and these little guys jumpin around. They defiantly seem helpful so far...
