Dude, Rob, you seriously are a character. I've been quietly observing you posts for a while and can really only draw one conclusion about you, summed up in one word. Delusional.
How many of my points have you refuted ?

If you'd like to learn to draw conclusions better, start with Uncle Bucks cloud penis drawing and work your way up. I can only draw one conclusion about you, you are a peeping tom and possibly affiliated with the bad man.

All of the United States was claimed because of some delusional birth right of the European royalty and then "manifest destiny" which amounts to the same thing..why can't an individual claim the same right?
Lysander Spooner called and said he likes your post.

Precedent defines the law correct?.... except when that same precedent goes again the ruling classes?

The state is not designed to protect you, it is designed to protect itself.

Don't expect anything based in coercion and without the individual consent of its participants (captives) to ever play fair.

Why can't the person next to the individual claim the same part of land? Who has the right to the piece of land? whoever came first? How do you solve this problem without a third party? Who would be the third party?? the Govt.? You have not thought out this delusional world totally, much like @Rumboy who hasn't also.

I've thought it out, I was just pointing out the hypocrisy of a govt. who took land by "natural right" from one group of people only to dictate to a different group of people that you have no "natural right" to land ownership.

In a dispute over land ownership, it would seem that the first occupant would have a reasonable claim if he made improvements to a given piece of land and hasn't abandoned it.

A third party that arbitrates disputes is a good thing. Why limit that or automatically assign it to one single third party who derives authority from coercion though in every instance is a question you might have asked....but you didn't. Free market solutions would solve this in a much more efficient and just way.

Without sounding too all knowing, I'd say your scant knowledge of what a truly free market is would likely create difficulty in my giving you examples you are capable of understanding.

If you were just a little bit smarter I'd bother explaining how the rest of it can work out, but I think I'm gonna smoke this fattie instead.

The "state" was designed, to an extent, by the writers of the Constitution to protect the individual, it has since been highly perverted. How do you plan to govern large populations when it is impossible to get a conclusive decision on any subject if you take every single persons individual consent into account? It's why we don't have a true democracy and why a true democracy would eventual fail. We'd be living in a country of christian law, legalized slavery, no personal freedoms for half the country on certain issues, and no personal freedoms for the other half on other issues. Majority rule doesn't work. There is no "Fair" in any system like this, only compromises.

I try very hard not to govern others. That's what starts most of the worlds problems. Like....prohibition and wars.

I do approve of defensive force though used in protection of yourself and your justly acquired property.

I'm not a fan of coercion based democracy and political systems that embed coercion from the onset

RAPE! SLAVE!!!!
Why is it so easy for billions of people to not live in the US by choice and be happy, but so hard for you to make the choice to leave and be happy?
Yes we get it, you were a homesteader and forced off land that you thought should be yours, by some delusional birth right . What makes you so angry that it forces you to stay and bitch about your made up hostage situation when you can simply walk out the front door? Nobody's stopping you, seriously, denounce your US citizenship and walk the earth as a free soul. The US is a shit hole why do you insist on staying?
First off, you CANNOT denounce your citizenship and roam the world as a "free soul". With no passport you aren't going any further than an airport. Spending your days watching others reunite with loved ones while you eek out a living shining shoes (who does that anymore?) or being a porter, not much fun sleeping in those plastic chairs night after night, either.

Second of all, it takes time, costs money, and has quite a bit of paperwork involved. You don't just send a letter to the state department saying you denounce and walk out to some other country to live your life.

So we are slaves then, held to law by force, and unable to break the bonds without financial compensation to our masters. I'm not owned by any person or entity, and am not going to be held as such.

Not that its on topic, but neither is the thread any more. My wife and I have wanted to move to Canada for years, but sadly its very hard to legally do so. Aside from all the money simply to move to another country, there are extensive legal hoops, and costs. Sure I suppose I could basically move up there with whats in my car, and try to do it fugitive style but I don't feel like thats a wise choice to make with a small child and family to think about :).

No you are a slave because you don't own your body or the fruit of your labor or have any real ownership of real property.

I like that that you said you are not owned. That's a good place to be. Welcome, Runaway slave.

Tell them you're a little slow on getting things done and you're protesting the Viet Nam war. Wear your old striped bell bottoms, a fringed vest and a headband.

Good luck.
