Jobs and employment for non-US citizen in the 420 Industry

Dear Rollitup,

I want to realize my dream in becoming a grower and developing my own strains.

Because I smoked recreational since I was 15 and I have been self-medicating for about 4 years now with illegal purchased Cannabis and visits to the coffeeshops in The Netherlands. So I encountered great weed and really bad weed and among my friends I am called a little connoisseur.

I self-medicate now because my doctor isn't allowed to prescribe Cannabis and he would rather prescribe heavy medication for me.

But I have some problems:

I'm from Belgium and is it possible for me to get a job in the industry?
I only have a high school degree is that a problem?

I even want to start at the bottom and work my way up, by following training and courses.

There isn't any money in that field because everyone thinks its a glamour job and is willing to work for near to nothing.
And then there's the fact that IF you get in the field you'll be stuck there due to difficulty in finding a job in another field when they look at your work history in weed.

You'll never get permission to work in the US. Your only option is sneaking in or over staying. Either way no one will hire you in the cannabis biz. It's too tightly regulated to hire illegal immigrants.

maybe not for cannabis but he could possibly come on a student visa and try to get some higher education like go to college etc.

I am evil...

I would totally hire an undocumented worker to trim my plants @ harvest time.... Man I hate that... and the better the grow, the more work there is!

My only problem for a student visa is that I'm not a student anymore, I think they are going to reject my application if my studies would be: How to grow weed in- and outdoors, how to maximize your yield...
So I could apply for a green card but I'm not a skilled worker.
What else is there?

@Flagg420 : I would be happy to help The only problem is that I would do it as a second job, so I could start with the basics and gain more knowledge about cannabis.

youve got no higher education so unless you marry someone from the USA you got no in unless you have higher education and a shit ton of money
