I dont know much about him other than I think he was a governor which is a good thing and he sounds like a redneck which is Ironic if he got elected after Obama and I have to say the thought does tweak the liberals quite a bit which is another plus.

What is the downside on this guy?
Do you really want another Bush as president? Don't you think that's somewhat antithetical to one of the major reasons the forefathers established the country, to avoid monarchy?

And then hit us with the Adams family, but that's beside the point.

It's amazing how many generational families run this country that we really don't know about. Besides the obvious Vanderbilts, Rothchilds, Bushes and Kennedys, there is the Gores, Petersons and now the Pauls plus no telling how many I don't know because I never cared.

Wasnt there a clinton and an Obama in there? I am not sure how you define a Monarchy but the term limit is 2.

I dont consider Jeb a cookie cutter of his brother nor his father just as GWII was not the same as GWI.

So it doesn't strike you as a little odd that out of 330 million + American citizens to have presidents be directly related to other presidents? Do you know the odds of that happening naturally, let alone 2.. 3.. 4 times?

Sorta like Hillary Clinton running for president?

Or is it ok cause she is a Democrat?

Are you sure you are not just trying to pick your own Monarch?

Are you too young to remember the Kennedy's ?

I'm sorry if you felt the tone of my post was negative and you're stuck with the avatar. Maybe if Jeb were to be commander and chief, he could beat big brothers record for the most time taken off during his presidency. I hope this post meets your approval.

The USA is running out of countries to invade and he may not get his turn if they don't slow down.

Also, he may need a Dick Cheney like dick wadd to change his diapers for him, although, I think he possesses the necessary cowardice qualities to be a chicken hawk in chief.

actually, jeb didn't really announce.

he announced that he might announce.

this is to let the other righties know that a "bush" is marking his territory; like a dog.

then he's gonna see who else announces, left AND right.

he's the likable bush, the more moderate bush; he's not presidential material.

he's too eccentric and moderate for his party..the only thing he has going for him is the name and latina wife..got lot's of skeletons.

he really doesn't want to run; it's his family.
