Right. I found that plant/photo on ICMag, IIRC....very cool find bro.

LOL, yeah, here it is....not sure what the "Asshole!" is intended mean...

The Wellspring here really does seem to be that Black Rose,
doesn't it?

Heath Robinson's Black Rose
Yeah the Black Rose seems to be great coloring and a nice strain h came up with yrs ago.
The asshole is his name for cross, or friendly ribbing to the creator?

Well, I am bushed, as my Pop might say, but the new tent is up.

The old tent, pushed into the corner (and with the push-fan that
was in the corner window moved to the center window):

The new tent up:

The fix for my screw up:

I already have a 3X3 array plants from the Veg area vegging under
the new light right now.

I should add that you can see the long duct that is all that I have
to cool the new tent. I closed all intakes on the old tent and am using
the new tent to draw air into the old tent. It is not a ton, but I can feel
the draw on the duct, even though it is a 10' run that I cannot make all
that straight.

We are entering the cool part of the year....we we see next summer.....

Woo hoo more space!! Thats gonna be great, and I know you'll maximize it like you always do :). I gotta say JD, i'm a little jealous of your brothers grimm C99 seeds. I haven't bought seeds in years, but when I was still the brothers grimm stuff was all discontinued and you couldn't get any of it. I've always really wanted to try the original c99 of legand.

Bro, I will send a clone if it turns out that good.

I am going hard after C-99 with two from other breeders,
the standard Female Seeds bean and one from Blimburn,
along with the official pack.

I am also very interested in the Apollo 13 F4s that I got from
Mosca Seeds. That sounds like it ought to be a decent capture
of that special breed as well.

I flipped the new tent. Those nine breeds in there are very lucky,
as I expect to pack that new tent better in time.

Sometimes the fungi is not our ally:

P.S. It does appear that new growth is coming from that....it might be down
but not out.

Nice to see you settled and running with that SS LEC JD, get ready for the explosion on those flipped ladies!

Oh, it will be nice. Thanks Gro!

I just grabbed whatever was close and chucked them in.

I am ending week #9 in two days in the HPS tent. I will be getting
a proper taste of the Reserva Privada Tangie. That breed is
just crazy....do not think that I have have ever gotten a Tangerine
scent like this from anything except an actual tangerine. It grows
semi-poley and has a moderate yield, but I am happy to have gotten
to run it.

I need to start working on my extract making abilities, as my yield
way out-strips my needs. I have actually dumped old weed onto
my worm farm before...figure that they can fatten on the oils. I am
blasting BHO on occasion but need to get one of those washing machines. :0)

Have a great week. I am off to find a job....(all clone work done for 2day ;0)

JD I have been looking at tents on Ebay and was considering one that looks like that. I like that the zipper is always on both tracks. Mine isnt and it fell apart bad.

I think that the new design might indeed be an improvement.

I know that the big-front-"windows" thing on my old tent was a bad idea.
The material that it is made from gets pin-holes when those windows are
much used....so I leave them alone for the most part.

I can say that I did search up what brands are popular....so I have hope. :0)

Yeah windows can leak light as I found in the past.
Trying to avoid them now

Has anyone heard of a timer that is capable of automating
the Gas Lantern Routine ?

12 hours ON
5.5 hours OFF
1 hour ON
5.5 hours OFF

I can imagine a Relay Timer with two offs and two ons....but have
never seen one for sale.

Relay and an Audrino?
I dont know how to program one, but from wheat I read they are very capable.

Well, honestly Bass I was not expecting to have to program it
at that level. LOL Awesome idea though.

I got relay timers to work with mushrooms, but the idea is simple.
I need one with four knobs, two offs and two ons.

This is what is controlling my cloners right now:

This sort is designed to expect short ons....both the off and
the ons would need to be Min/Hrs (and for the Hrs to go up to 12 ;0)

I am just pondering making a Veg tent that can run only 13 hours
a day and yet hold off flowering and make good plants for flowering.
RM3 was pointing out that it affects the layout of bud sites positively.

Much more to learn.

I can report that one of my Dr Who crosses from Doc popped.

I am afraid that I might have put them into the wet paper towel
too soon, but I did not know that they might need a drying out
period.

This is day #2 and I was hoping to see another pop today. I will
check them again before I crash.

JD

P.S. Doc sent a few more awesome crosses. I will be showing
those off ASAP. :0)

JD I think Atduino tech is great with lots of potential.
The problem is I dont know how to code.
I want to learn though and buy one.

How long do you think the seeds need to become fully viable?
I like the idea of less hrs and not flowering, will that make veg times longer in the process?l

Who knows...maybe we'll get there in time.

I am not sure about the drying time issue. Someone on Docs thread
asked the question, suggesting that there might be a problem by doing so.

As to the GLR, that is a great question. We both agree that the plants
will not grow faster....that would mean something for nothing....and I do
know that it works by "confusing the hormones"....I also read that it can
lead to less stretch and thus to denser bud sites. @RM3 I only tap you
because you made the reference IIRC. Am I getting it right?

Onward and upward,

JD
