Jack Skellington pheno search

hey AtomiC, how would you describe the taste/smell?

It smells like funky sweet limes and had a smooth hazey taste with quite a tang at the end
the taste/smell was never really fully developed because i never gave it a proper cure... impatient as i am.
My current skellington run has a plant devoted just for me, i'll be giving that a full two months before i touch it

nice. I am considering it but i think im looking for something with more funk. But the hash you made looks amazing. You might just have to make a guide next time.....

great work. skellington is my probably my favorite strain at the moment I have 2 phenos I kept out of 5. 1 is skunky lemony flav tight spacing dense nugs super frosty then 1 is a cherry flav super frosty node are spaced out nugs kinda small but dense and the flavor is amazing makes tons of hash from trim. check my pics in my profile im on 5th run with her now

I was thinking and i had a brain fart. how do you decide if a pheno is worth keeping if youd have to flower it to see how the bud turns out? Do you veg out the beans and clone them and then flower the clones?

personally i'm looking for a few specific traits as far as how the plant grows along with the actual flower and potency.
I'm looking for the amount of stretch a plant has and the distance between each node. Also the amount of feeding needs to be taken into consideration, a few phenos from a strain can take on nutrients on completely different levels.
This doesn't necessarily mean that a heavier feeder will out grow or be more potent than a lighter feeder.
Also i veg my plants out from seed and flower them after taking clones from them. I've always done it this way but i know some that will keep the original seed plant as a mother and only flower out clones.

From the phenos that i ended up working with only one stayed relatively short, most of them had quite a bit of stretch to them.
however, with proper lst, topping and the right pheno i think it could be done.
I'd start 12/12 right away as well, i've never done a small pc grow so i'm not entirely sure...

Ol' Subzero is at it again.......

I ran my Jack Skellington about 4x. She was a beauty and a yielder. Had a nice sour tangerine flavor that was epic after 90+ day cure. Like candy. The high was intense, slightly speedy, but if you smoked too much it was lights out. Alas I let her go because she was picky and I needed something easier to grow.
