Jack Herer(Sensi) Or Nycd (Soma)

i have done the nycd and now im doing jack herer., i really dont know what to expect
i have trouble seeing the herer being much better than the diesel but from what i read its supposed to be super, and i also have a NL#5 haze fem seed that is supposed to be killer too,,, anyways if anyone can compare nycd to jack herer for me that would be cool

Just browsing around and found this and figured I would reply friend.

I just love the fruits of everyones labor and all of the different Strains that are out there right now.

They all have their own particular flavor and feeling and who would not want to try them all,LOL!

However, I also think that we can go a little to overboard with our selections of Strains and especially, if a person gets to the point in their growing that they have found something thatthey grow, that gives them the pleasant feeling or all out dive bombing high, that some want.

Now, this is not an attempt at all to say; " all pot is the same. "

However, if you do a good organic grow, you can take bagseed and work it out and it be the most incredible smoke that you could ask for.

Also, just because a seed has came out of a bag of cheap 40 dollar a quarter medication, does not mean that the seed is from what you are smoking.....I promise.

I have grown many plants out of cheap bagseed, that would split open the most tolerant toker and you can too.

Both of the Strains you mention are great Strains.

I myself, like to have a Indica Dominant strain for the evening smoke and a sativa dominant Strain that is for the morning bake and the first part of the day, as not to get locked down by a powerful Indica early in the day.

Two starins that I would suggest, is the Carnival Strain " 80% Sativa and 20% Haze Indica with a 23% possible THC rating " and " Kandahar Strain, wich is 90% Indica and 10% sativa, with a 19% possible THC rating. "

Both of these Strains are from the Ministryofcannabis.com and I like them better than most anything that I have grown and I am not friends or affiliated with these guys at all, but they have done me well and these two strains are incredible.

The Carnival, is a lightning bolt to the mind and the Kandahar is one bad Indica for those that want the evening lock like no other.

Or go cheap and grow some bagseed and really surprise yourself with your own growing skills.

Did you inbreed it and keep any seeds brother? should have been a great strain based on old heirloom cali lines. Would like a look at a old one. They cant maintain anything over there.

I inbread it and grew crosses until my wife chunked my beans in the trash in 1993, I had a friend in VA Beach order 50 and I got 20.Those were some trees, I had several plants reaching twelve foot and harvest over a pound off one pearl . The buzz just kept coming, pearl was one of the clearest highs Ive had. Are those beans still the same?Seven years of breeding down the drain in 5 seconds,Oh well she hated that I grew smoke and she new how to hit below the belt. Peace

diesel is fucking incredible! im from canada so i didnt really know if i would have time for it to ripen , but wow she is an amazing strain , the leaves are all crisp and perfect and the smell is sickening ( in a good sense) the tops get huge and the plant is really proportional , a real beauty
im keeping a cutting for next year ,

Ahh, Cannabis of old....

I just love how so many people " even some growers and tokers " really believe that the Cannabis being selectively bred today, is much more potent than the Cannabis original Strains of old........not true.

Way too much emphasis is put on THC and not enough understanding of the other beneficial chemicals in the Trees.

No doubt, that a higher amount of THC promotes a better medication to the deadening of the nerves for pain, but it is the feeling of the mind that the Cannabis of old had, that cannot be compared.

The reason why I like to grow bagseed at times, is simply because I have been able to luck up every once in a while and grow out something from a bag, that is obviously not an available Strain and more towards orginal genetics or even is original.

Here is a Tree that came from some cheap bagseed a couple years ago and the smoke was horrible.

Once I grew the seed, here is a picture of what I got " one example " and the Tree had sort of a light, spoiled grapefruit smell and the high from the Tree was incredible and made your mind blaze like fire and the body was still full of energy.

That is the way I like to feel, unless I am having some difficulties and then I grab the more body numbing Strains.

Original Strains and bagseed grows have always shown to give the best smoke as far as, mental high and clarity without the lock down.

I sure would like to find a pure Colombian or Ecuador Strain to keep and work!

Of course it depends on wether the original Starin is Indica or Sativa as far as it's effects.

However, I have grown some pretty potent Indica that had really good cerebral high.....but not typical, unless the Trichomes are harvested before they turn to red.
