Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-SC) announced yesterday that Israel needs more than the $38 billion guaranteed over the next 10 years in an historic (as to how much it costs the American taxpayer) new arms agreement signed last week by the Obama administration, and Israel should not be limited to a spending cap of 27% as to how much of that aid can be diverted directly to it's own arms industry, (which by the way is one of the major arms exporters in the world). He is proposing an additional increase of $1.5 billion, continued sanctions against Iran, and promises a veto of that agreement unless the additional funds and sanctions are added. This to a nation, Israel, that touts it's standing in the ME and the world as to it's economic might, and rightfully so. Israel gives it's citizens free health care and education, while we in this country get fuck all.
Am I an idiot, or is there something wrong with this picture? Israel has for over 40 years been establishing illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank, rejecting multiple requests by President after President, starting with Nixon and continuing with Obama, and basically saying blow me and just keep forking over the cash. What do you think, am I just wrong to think that we are getting screwed, or are the Republicans in the House and Senate just a bunch of scared of AIPAC cunts, and money grubbing sellouts to Israel? Tell me what you think.

This bs has gone on too long. We claim to expect our "allies" to have good human rights records. And yet what we see again and again is that they have worse records than those we condemn.
Places like Egypt, Israel and Saudi Arabia are just a few.
Our foreign policy is only motivated by money. Get us fighting against each other while they make billions right out in the open. But we care more about when the next iphone will be released than how many people Saudi will behead at their weekly ceremony.
And we wonder why they hate us?

We have been funding Israel for decades regardless of which party is in office and you think they fight about it? They laugh behind closed doors and put on a shadow play for your entertainment.

This thread is like flybait for idiots. I would bet that the four of you working together couldn't write a passing grade paper on the history of Israel. If you had done even a modicum of research you would realize how utterly stupid the things you are saying are.

Let them borrow it from China, same with mexico & the rest of the bottom feeder countrys, it makes zero sense to "borrow" from X to "give," to Y ,its idiotic spending at its finest.

If its a choice between gifting cash to Israel or mexico I say give it to israel.

We're $19 trillion in the hole and we're giving money away? Na no thank you
It's circle jerk.

Our Govt funnels money to Israel but realistically it never actually goes anywhere.

Arms companies in the US get the vast majority of it.

They SAY it's about helping Israel but realistically it's giving Israel weapons for free and paying back political donors here in the US.

It would make a lot more sense to aid your next door neighbor than some illegally inserted euro-jewish colony half a world away. That attacks all it neighbors

It really isn't that hard to write what the history of Israel is, seeing as it really never existed on maps (it was called Palestine by the Greeks, the Romans, the Ottomans and basically the world) until 1948. The only reason Israel exists today is because Great Britain was bought off by the Rothschilds in 1917 when Lord Balfour sold his soul to the devil, and then the world, specifically the US, felt pity for the harm caused by the Holocaust to the Jewish people.. The US basically told all the war ravaged countries in Europe to accept what the US wants, or you are not going to get a nickel of aid. The 1st vote in the UN in 1947 was a vote for no partition of Palestine, but as I stated previously, the US demanded it. So, that leech of a nation was formed by taking 1/2 of the land in Palestine, and giving to the Jews, and started the 1st Arab - Israeli war, which has continued to this day. The US fucked up (Muslims just love killing Americans), the Palestinians got robbed and the world has been paying a price ever since. You want to know what that UN action has cost the US ever since? How about almost a trillion dollars, thousands of lives (Bin Laden used the plight of the Palestinians as a major reason for the attack on 9/11). What more do you want to know about the history of Israel? Your turn.

funny I was thinking the same thing about mexico, which has been a millstone around Americas neck for decades, billions thrown at a government so corrupt drug lords run the country.

the only useful american dollars spent on mexico would be a barrier on the border, such a barrier would prevent our own corrupt leaders from gun running through mexico again, its a win win for america .

question for the guy with the neo-nazi tattoos:

where would we build the wall? on our side of the rio grande, thus blocking our access to it? in the middle of the river? or would we invade mexico and build it there?

thanks, panhead.

"A millstone around the American's neck" Who has been hiring these "illegals" for decades? Poles? Nope, it has been, usually Republicans by the way, that used and abused them seemingly since the USA was founded. There wouldn't be a lawn mowed, or a pot washed or a tomato picked in this great country ever, except for the exploited Mexicans, who now are the devil. Bull shit I say, and go ahead and vote Trump, and we will see how that works out as far getting rid of the Mexican blight. I had worked in construction, and in kitchens for a long time (before I became a drug dealer), and they can and do work as hard as anyone alive, and I have never met one rapist or drug dealer, ever. They are good people, deserve a chance to become a citizen which all would gladly do, if given a chance.

I'll play this game, and I'll prove the " partition " of the land shown on maps as being labeled Palestine was already a land partioned by religious boundrys, hundreds of years prior to Sikes Picot.

that's was a great history lesson & your correct that "israel" didn't exist ( by name )on a map because there was no need, palestine was not a soverign state,it was a state within the Assyrian empire,in other words an owned territory, palestine was an owned state with religious borders, religious borders/occupation set within the state itself by the Assyrian empire ,roughly half of palestine occupied by Arabic muslims while the other half occupied by Jews, and to a much lesser extent christians, palestine was originally a state of the Assyrian empire, then a state within the Babylonian empire,a state within the Roman empire, next palestine became a state within Ottoman empire, then a state within Syrian borders, then a state owned by Turkey until Britain defeated the Turks & palastien became a colony of the British commonwealth, pre Asia Minor the League of Nations considered Palestine "owned lands" & not sovereign territory, following the Sikes Picot agreement Palestine was still considered owned lands, following ww2 the newly created United Nations also considered Palestine owned lands, not soverigen land.

Through all the crusades & wars palestine was a state divided by religious boundrys of half arab muslim, half jew christian, palestine has never been an established,or recognized sovereign country of itself, the land shown on maps as palestine has always been an owned state of another country or empire, and palestine has always been a divided state ,history establishes the Jewish race occupying half of palastien back to the 6th century of Muhammed until 1947, when the Jewish race declared its independence out of nessacity for survival of the race .

Rothschild family participation in lobbying for US support of Israels declaration of sovereignty as a nation is irrelevant in establishing who historically occupied the land pre Sikes Picot/Asia Minor agreements .

Your analogy of the USA " forcing " Islamic states to accept Israels independance or be withheld aide monies is #1 irrelevant, because life isn't always a situation where america "gives" billions & expects nothing in return, sometimes to receive one must also give, and #2 the territory inhabited by Jews for a millennia within Palestine had already declared themselves to be soverigen, following traditional religious boundrys, the USA had nothing to do with Israel declaring independence .

since you injected your opinion about the Rothschild family, which I agree are foul bastards, but irrelevant in this case,I'll inject my opinion, after declaring independence & receiving recognition as well as aide money from the superpowers Israel built a nation, the other half of Palestine occupied by Arab Muslims could have done the same as Israel, declared themselves a soverigen nation, gained UN recognition, received billions in forigen aide monies & built themselves a thriving nation, instead they've wallowed in self pity & religious hatred for 70 years while living in a flea bitten shit pile cess pool hell hole with no water,to this very day Palestine is manipulated by Islamic zealots & its lands used as a reason to hate the infidels.

what a line of self rightous historicaly ignorant shit that was

you are aware that after ww2 president Eisenhower deported over 10 million " illegal Hispanic immigrants " aren't you ?

After over 10 million deportations every lawn in america magically got mowed, construction projects soared into the sky, roads were built, the economy thrived ,even those pesky crops Lefty's claim can only be picked by Hispanic hands bounced themselves into baskets & made their way to market:lol:

Oh..............whatever would "murica" do without our neighbors to the south, well we'd just fall apart

Right now there's 20 million skilled & educated black & white american citizens living well below poverty, they could use those illegal Hispanic occupied jobs to pull themselves out of poverty, but their all too stoopid n lazy to do a Mexicans work, i lmfao at the stupidity of social justice .

edit, wait a fucking minute here, just a few posts back you were goose stepping your ass off with anti Zionism rhetoric about the evil Jews, now here u are licking illegal immigrants boots !

Another example of the idocracy behind social justice, how can I NOT laugh at your glaring hypocrisy :bigjoint:

I think Israel is an apartheid state that commits atrocities against Palestinians on a daily basis. Therefore it doesn't need a fucking dime from America until it straightens its act out.

They've meddled in our elections, threatened us with extortion, made us look like fools and liars to the rest of the Middle East and made us back a state that cares about the civil rights of none but themselves.

And we're supposed to keep forking over cash for THAT?

Yeah... you're retarded. Read a book for once, you might actually learn a thing or two. Say whatever you want, but Israel is the only country in that entire area that isn't a complete tribalist shitshow. Israel has been FAR more cooperative and willing to negotiate and compromise than ANY of its Arab neighbors, starting pre-1948 when Palestine rejected the largest partition they were offered and instead wanted to fight for 100% of it. Rinse and repeat. Israel gives back land, leaves working greenhouses, Palestine demolishes all the greenhouses, starves their own people, and instigates another round of hostilities. Palestine is the one that won't settle for a two state solution, and the one is run by a terrorist organization that denies the Holocaust ever happened (let alone admit to their complicity in it). All the people who love Palestine and Iran are blinded by propaganda.
