Is this worth my time week 5 flower and 1 foot tall

Are these ladies worth my time or should i just clone them out.
Okay so tomorrow marks the start of WEEK 5 of flowering after a 25 day veg. Dont know for sure but by looking at mine and then the other on RIU i think they are going to go 10 weeks +?

If that was my plant, I would cut it down and never grow it again...I know you are using CFL's, but I would expect more bud development than this. Judging by your instruments your environment is quite stable and desirable, so I would probably attribute it to genetics. Another thing, those roots dont really look too developed. Have you ever ran this exact system with another strain? Were there more roots before at this stage?

for starters what are you using for net pots? plastic bottles?
what medium are you using? a good portion of us use hydroton.

i see you have 2 airstones (thats good) but what type of air pump are you using? if it's an el cheapo from a pet store you can ditch the piece of crap. it's quite possible that yea your roots are getting oxygen and its sustaining life but not alot of growth especially the explosive growth DWC growers experience.

Well fuck me sideways its 60gallon air pump form walmart. the are jerry rigged pots i had to make from walmart and im using polished pebbels rocks. Life here's not as easy a hopping in your fucking car and going the hydro store and get what you need. The outdoor centers here have no clue about hyrdoponic so there for they have no wholesale supplier. Fox farm i can get but said fuck it, 1st time grow so ill try this shit. There are a shit load of "popcorn" buds coming up so fuck it.

Yeah you should have way more bud and trich development at this time. But since you will have slow/weird growth taking a cutting off a flowering plant you should just keep it.

This was my first grow with a 600w at Day 28 on an 8week strain, mostly indica



Just looking at your CFL arrangement, you really should put some of those on the sides to get the best light penetration from such a shitty bulb

hi, i have some plants that are almost 5 week into bud and they look a little bit further than these, i also have some of the exact same clones that i planted at the same time but are in a different room and looking great with nice big buds forming. the ones that seem to be a few week behind schedule were on a cheap timer that was an hour or more out each day so i think thats the reason they werent looking so good but now ive changed the timer and the buds seem to be forming more now so check you timer is working properly.

Grow it out. I have smaller. This bad run. My new patch of veg plants are bigger then a few I have in flower. Shut I have one that is 8" tall and it lolliy piped it's self. Still growing it.

firsttimeARE My strain i have no reason to doubt is not an eight week strain. Indcas can go from 8-14 weeks ive been told, hoping for a ten week. of course yours will be better you have an hps vs cfl hands down hps duh but thanks for the post looks badass totally jealous mission accomplished. And for buddynice at week four my timer did get all messed up some how stayed on for 6hrs longer for two day. i fixed the problem and contiued with 12/12. they are currently at week six as of the 20th. bud growth has exploded on the 29th i started to notice trics. so im hoping for 10-11 weeks. I also bumped the nutes up 1/2 tsp to 5tsp in 41/2 gal res. thanks for the post

Upgrade your light buy a 250 or 400 watt hps system and the plant will take off and you'll be happy. You're just 5 weeks in you have time.

actually the 250 would be better for the size of the room you're growing in

Hey man, after checking out your plants I had a few questions. How long did you veg them for? they look a bit small.. almost as if they are force flowering and not done vegging yet, which could certainly be why your 5 weeks into flower with baby plants lol. Not a problem, just takes longer for the plant to bloom, i'm thinking in the realm of 10 weeks from the 20th for a decent yeild. Also Ditch your grow medium and go with hydroton or anything else for that matter, those pebbles look hazardous for your roots. Your roots look a little under developed also, do you allow them to see light often? and what are you feeding your plants for bloom? I would try a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide in your res to liven up those roots - check your ph ofcourse, but it should help. Lastly, they have some super cheap socket clips with reflectors on amazon that you can invest in, because you need to get your CFL's closer to the plants than they are currently. You're going to consistantly hear people advising you to switch to HPS which is fine, however even I myself have not made that investment yet as I feel great results can be had from CFL's in a personal grow setting (check my grow in my sig, same setup with cfl's flowering) you just have to get those lights closer-- 1 - 3 inches away if possible i would say 6 inches maximum. I am using General hydroponics 3 part nutrient system with Advanced nutrients Big bud (bloom booster) with fantastic results! I'm confident you can bring these plants to life, unless the genetics themselves are terrible..

I just got 3 of those same air stones yesterday I think.. 10in from Aqua mist or some shit? I seem to get like no fucking bubbles from that piece of shit. I'ma put it on my 60 gallon pump tomorrow and see if that makes much of difference.

What's your experience with these air stones?

i have best luck when you take them out of the package 1st thing you do is submerge them in water with no air hooked up to them for at least 1 hour dont know why this works but it does

they veg for 25 days. as seedlings for two weeks in perlite giving 1.25ml of nirtogen enriched water when needed (dumb thing to do, i know this now) it never whats so ever hurt the plant but i think it stressed hers out. The i put then in the dwc for two more weeks before flowering. Medium is polished rock (budget grow i just a baby) The "net pot" are clear and leak a lil light. but other than that darkness for them.Big Bloom shit from wally world like i said budget grow and 1st time. Lots changes everyday trics like crazy now. took your advise and lowered my light just last night so ill see how that works. looks alot better more lights on the bud sights. So im the biggest dumbass here. I do believe that i have figured out why my plants are so small. i was feeding what i thought was 5tsp but o no it was 1 1/4 tsp. come to find out my lil dipper thing is not a tsp as i had previously thought but its a 1/4 tsp FML!! I feel so stupid. good thing its my first so lets look on the bright side bet my next crop will be the shit?
