Is this too much light for my seedling

What are the actual watts of each bulb?

It isn't too much light if you aren't concerned with scratching a few bucks back off your electricity bill.

Vegging plants don't require as much light as plants in bloom. A minimum of 100w is needed during flower, so a little less during veg is fine.

I had a similiar setup with 6x 42watt CFLs. I put my seedlings too close to the lights and the temperature got too high. I moved them further away from the lights and they started growing faster. Best of luck to you.

seeing don't need much light while that young with cfl lighting it's all about finding that sweet spot that the plants love to close and you get temp problems and potential for leaf burning but too fat and they will stretch, my advice to find the sweet spot is put the plant a little further then you think it will be ideal and it will stretch to its favourite distance and grow well and just keep the light that distance away while she grows
