Well to me it does not look legit because the testimonials have not been updated in a while nothing was really updated so to me it looks like he made a website to mess around and never went back to it BUT this funny thing keeps happening to me it is that when i go on the website and i go to the confirm or whatever u call it to get a killer because iim a guy who likes the check thing like that out. as i do that i have a vpn its to make me anonymous online everytime i go on the website my vpn stops working and i have popups that this ip was thrying to figure out my real ip to see my address creepy haCheck it out http://hire-a-killer.com/ . A website to hire a hit man! Has to be run by the FBI. Anyone actually think this is legit?

No, ofcourse that site is not real. If it would be real it would be shut down by fbi in days, the domain is with godaddy and hosting is in the US.
Anyone who wants to hire a killer, or a mobster to beat up someone, and wants to use Internet, needs to
1. never give out his IP, nor name, nor address, nor credit card info
2. use some browser like Tor Browser to hide his IP, access Dark Web, and then visit some hire hitmans site like assasin network or others
ex. some dark web sites directory is here 2ysyukgriqx2mv7t.onion

if we are talking theory only .......then i can explain somethings ......understand it is theory of it for writing a short story or book
