Is this plant ready to harvest

Okay so I was going to put this q in newbie central but I thought I might get some better advice here! kind of basic question... Am just wondering what you guys think before I prematurely harvest and screw it up... I have been observing the plant with a magnifying glass and see the trichromes formed and they look to be a milky color but I just am not sure if I should leave it to mature for much longer, It has been in flower for around the right period of time now and a good 50-70% of the pistils are golden brown, Let me know what you think! I tried a couple of camera angles and as my camera is not great I couldnt get many good quality pics, I tried mainly to focus on the trichromes, Thanks!

For a low Wattage they looking about ready, But giving it another week is always a safe bet.

It's a quite low wattage grow and I am using led, although many say one of the best light sources Im finding its on par with hps, however this is a first grow with the leds (not crazy expensive ones just like a v/small scale kit) so I will give another a go maybe!

Iv going to guess its about 50W LED lighting judging by the size of the buds.
You basically get out what you put in with the lighting. I wouldn't use anything less then 200W per plant with LEDs going off my experience with a cheap 900W Chinese LED.
Iv got a 400W Cree COB led setup ill be using for next grow so will see how decent LED compares to cheap LED.

Here is week 6 of 12 with the chinese LEDs.
