Is this phosphor deficiency? Anthocyanins? Light burn? Genetics? No concern?

See the reddish/purple on the new growth? This is new today. Suspecting possibly light burn, but the light has only been on for four hours. Yesterday I turned the (LED) light up from 40% to 60% power. Never seen this on a seedling before. Nutes are SensiGrow A/B 4 mL per liter - 4 liters volume total.

Right, it's also a bag seed. Just wondering more out of curiosity. If it's a contam I need to pull it because the reso is shared.

What ended up happening to the purpling one?

The plant grew slowly but ok, and then I neglected it for a good while. And it died. lol.
