Yeah you'll fine tune foot prints as you go. Just don't put any priority on the single smallest one, it's an optional bonus. If it were 6 plants then you could share more of the light as less would be bouncing off the floor and wasted.
I actually have a 6th plant that I had taken out of the tent as it's too scruney. Sorry did you not say the smallest plant needs to go directly under the screw in point of the light bulb to receive the most light?.

Ignore the single plant for a second. Look into your tent from the door, Put your 4 best pots in a 3x3 foot square in the middle of the tent. The left edge of the left pots (from that same perspective) should be on line with the bulb screw fixing (roughly). Then the small single plant should be to the left of those.

If the tents left wall won't physically allow that, move the 4 main pots and the light to the right until it does. This will be better to do in any case as you'll get the light tip closer to the right wall where it may reflect light better. You may need to expand the original 3x3 pot lay out to around 3.5.. it entirely depends on the canopy now and during/after stretch. It may even start out smaller than 3x3, just depends.

Another option is to put the 4 main plants in a 3x3 and put the 5th plant at the opposite side of the door (the back tent wall). Raise it up as high as you can so that it gets side lighting from top to bottom. The back part of the plant facing the wall won't get much lighting but all of the front side (and front tops) will. You could also use stakes and tie the front branches to the side a bit so that light can pass into the middle of the plant better. Kinda like opening curtains.

I didn't want to suggest this one as it was far more complex to explain at the time. Hope it didn't just utterly confuse you now ;p.
