Is this legal?

Ok so I know we can't legally "buy" our meds from anyone other than a dispensary and saying you grew it is dangerous (since they say obtaining seeds is illegal). However I grow in Cali if I brought it back to Az is that a legal way of obtaining it?

I keep hearing both sides. The law states you can get it from another patient as long as their is nothing of value exchanged. At the same time I hear people say that patients can sell to other patients. The answer will not come until a judge decides when someone is arrested. My view is that whenever the meds are transfered to another patient they are done without compensation and for free. however they are paying for the very nice futuristic bag that I have them stored in. Also why go to a compassion club when you can get a caregiver and get your meds for half the price.
