Is this lady almost ready to Harvest?

So, it is at about week 6 by my estimate. I got this plant from a friend who had to get rid of it on short notice after it had already begun flowering. He had gotten it from his cousin a few days before who could not keep it any longer as his wife was not happy about it...so I got it, but it had gone through some pain before getting to me.

I hastily put together a cabinet and some CFLs to try and finish it and have had it for the last 4 weeks.

The lights:
2x 42w 2700k - 2600 lumens. I could have done the 1 large bulb at the top, but I liked the idea of 2 smaller bulbs.
4x 23w 2700k - 1600 lumens
2x 23w 6500k - 1600 lumens
For a total of 14800 lumens.

I have also been battling a spider mite problem, gave it a spray with some Safer bug spray that is supposed to be okay for veggies etc. Also put up a Hot Shot No Pest strip for the last week and it looks like the little bastards are having a bad go of it now :finger:

Too bad they had some fun for a bit before I noticed! The best thing is to avoid it in the first place and I am going to sterilize everything going forward. You can see the spots on the leaves pretty good in this pic.

The top cola.

You can really see the purple in this shot. Its called Mendle Purp :eyesmoke:

The whole plant:

I got a cheap pocket scope from amazon and I can see the trichs as generally milky to amber colored. I know that I want some more amber in the mix but I am worried that the mites might have effe'd it up a bit and wondering what would be the soonest I could harvest if it starts having more trouble?
