So.. i tested the marijuana plant. I had 4 plants in a 5 gallon bucket.

1 died before it could flower.

The other 3 al-though small, produced a quite potent product...

I am not saying it would be in your best interest to keep them in that, but it is possible.

if you put more than one plant in one pot or toolbox..wouldnt the roots all tangle and all four would die...eitherway you should just use 1 pot per plant..remember biology class...the plants compete for the best position...good with 4 separate pots..bad with 4 plants in 1 pot..just my opinion

as a weed, you will be amazed at just how fast these puppies can grow ;)

there are lots of reasons to use one pot per plant, and as you grow in your box you will discover them... however, the plants should grow... the question i have: is the bottom of that box still sealed or did you drill a whole bunch of drainage holes in the bottom? the roots will not be happy and even rot unless there are drainage holes.

do yourself a favor and spent a 10 spot and buy 4 pots ;)

Why would the tangled roots cause it to die? Now 4 in that box would be pushing it.

its sort of a downward slope...the tangled roots wont kill it...but trying to go from seed to bud with 4 plants whose roots were all tangled before even starting to flower...will be complicated...i hate to look at my plants in poor health in separate pots...rootbound or roots tangled...neither is good
