The problem is the fact that there is no one set group or hell ANYONE for that matter within Health Canada to specifically monitor AND enforce these anti advertising rules/laws for LP's. If there is, they're making easy money for doing sweet fuck all. Even if they did hand out fines I would imagine it would be much like the oil industry where the fines are laughably low in comparison to the money being made by the companies themselves

I'm all for appropriate fines....should be easy to ding them hard....
starting at say 5-10 million per offence...
