Is this a Phosphorous Deficiency?

Gave it a "normal" dose of K at 6.5 PH... continually getting worse. Week five is coming up I'm worried they won't make it at this rate. Fuck.

What I find interesting is that I have plants outside in the same soil and they never experienced these deficiencies. They experienced late state nitrogen deficiencies, not P or K. They were only watered with stream water, non PH'd. Could it be my home water supply that is causing havoc with the plants?

Very well could. You know if it is acidic or alkaline more than the other?
Not sure of the PH of the stream but my water comes out of the tap usually 6.6-7.0.

Typically, I let it sit for a day but haven't been recently.

Indoor plants might be doing a bit better. It's hard to tell. Their leaves are more straight and it seems as of today the progressing die off has stalled. The buds are certainly packing on more weight, as we come to week 5 this Wednesday.
