IS THERE SUCH THING AS TOO MUCH LIGHT??? HELP PLZ

OK well I can't find the link to the study but I read a government report where under red/blue LEDs cannabis saturation was at 2000 Einstein but they only took co2 up to 1200ppm if I recall and temperature up to 30 degrees Celsius or something around that.
