Is she ready to harvest?

First time growing and don't know what strain it is. . Im clueless and I might be over thinking. I read that when it has 30% Amber trichomes it's ready. The plant is about 8 weeks into flowering. I wish I could tell you if it is finished or not. I can't really tell.
