I'm speaking on @Rob Roy who just does not want to pay. He used the system then he complains. Now for those who can't pay because of hardships most local government have it where you can negotiate a hardship exemption or a tax deferral. You can also work out a payment plan as well as.

The existence of a coercive method or systemic institution doesn't provide legitimacy for it. For instance, slavery was commonly practiced in the USA at one time. Would you tell a slave, sorry fucker, slavery exists, so you can never run away?

I'm not sure if I understand your question, but if you meant how is a person that controls their own property consistent with a person that rejects prohibition I can answer that. Respect for PROPERTY RIGHTS.

Ownership of property and / or yourself imply that others don't determine the use of your property or how you use your own body. You might chose to use your property or body in ways that I don't, but as long as you don't take away another persons right of self determination, it's none of my business.

You are a controlling kind of person, you sanction some people telling others how they must use their property or their body....just like a prohibitionist does.

unlike when you chose to buy your house absent of duress, the slaves who got shipped here did not exactly have a choice.
