Is my seedling ok?

I'm growing 2 seedlings at 10 days old, and was wondering if my plants were okay. There is some yellow spotting and the leaves look stringy and curled under. not all leaves are affected, but a couple are. I'm thinking I may have overwatered. They are still going any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm using stonington blend from coast of mane, and mars 300 led lights x2.

Also the leds are about 2 and a half feet over plants to not overwhelm them at their young age.

Thanks so much for your quick reply! No nutes, just what's already in the super soil... I've stopped watering, and bought some fans... Thanks again! I'll keep posting here throughout... JAH man.
No prob!em. In this early stage the plant won't really grow up top. Everything is happening downstairs. Those roots are reaching out searching for water. I would water once to twice a week. ( run your finger through the top inch or two of soil. When that feels dry, water. Once ypou pack on 5 nodes or so( node=set of leaves) they will start exploding in growth. I would get some nutes. After 2-3 weeks start feeding 1\4-1\2 strength, or as she needs. Don't use miracle grow. If you absolutely have too, use the tomato formula. But really try not too
Just keep reading and learning. Study the plant, she will tell ypou what she wants

Way to young to be worrying about them. They look great already, nothing to worry about.

Wait for the soil to dry out and your pot to be light before watering them again.

Nutrients are not needed until the first two round leaves fall off.

Frozen said it best: Let it go. Or in this case, let it grow. If you're this worried about the little thing now wait until leaves start turning necrotic, or strange rust spots appear on one or two leaves, or when suddenly there are buds in your tent! But yea, the more you worry about the more likely you are to mess up. So take a breath, hit a bowl, and come back to tend these little ones in a week when they are ready to be played with.

Absolutely thank you! I bought organic flowering nutes, which are flower tabs to support them in flowering when needed, but for vegging I was told the super soil would suffice... I'll definitely pick something up though jic. I'm really interested in very little to no added nutrients if possible as long as I can... Thanks again! Bless

No they won't. But they can...and it's annoying when they do.

Some soil has green headed larvae. It just sucks. But buhgs do happen. Naturally bugs come inside and ypour plants are probably the only piece of nature in your house. They migrate there.

I see... Hopefully my house plants will keep any stray bug busy... I'm an arachnafobe, so naturally I'm already sealing Windows n stuff
Hopefully coast of mane always sends me clean soil... I'll search the threads on bug advice, to see what spray I can use if needed... Hopefully my tent keeps out of their sight.

These are both Nirvana freebies, which I won't be ordering from again. Their bud is good, but I'm sticking with guaranteed shipping of Attitude, or MidWeek Song I think it's called...

Im a little confused how you have gone from nutes to bugs in this thread.
You will need veg nutes, the soil lasts about 2 weeks then def appear. Use hydro veg nutes in the soil starting 1/4 strength working up to full str.

I was replying to someone who mentioned bugs. I'm using stonington blend, which is pretty highly fertilized I was told. would it be wise to add more nutes to an already hot soil?

I personally like fox farms trio. You get three quarts for 30$ USD. 2 get used fpor vegging and all three gfet used for flower. It comes with a feeding chart. Great for beginners. They are mostly organic, so its hard to burn them

Nice! So they're not fully organic? Flushing towards the end of flower would remove any impurities right?

Ok one question... The trio for hydro? Not the soil one?
