Is it too late to save my Girls?

Im having the worst time on this Sea of Green Method. Maybe someone can help.
Stage 3 Week Flower
Light Gavita 1000De at 44 Inches
Water: RO 0PPM
Soil: Sunshine4 mixed with Worm Castings
Strain: OG Kush
CO2: 1500PPM light only
Temps: Regulated at 77 lights on / 74 Lights off
Humidity: Regulated currently at 50% on/off
Nutes: I was using 270PPM Liquid Karma up to 470PPM Sweet. AN B52 Half Dosage Up to 600PPM. Hygrozyme as Directed. Botanicare Pureblend Soil up to 700PPM 1st week 800 PPM 2nd. As always, I added Bud Ignitor and Nirvana 1/4 strength of both.
Methods: I tied down early to create extra tops using bamboo. I have since been told this not how the SOG method works and that I am working too much.
Got some Fungus Gnats 2nd week, still not sure how those little bastards came in treated with SNS 209 they seem to be gone (Although I check daily top soil) and have those stupid yellow cards through out my garden.
Im using 1 gallon pots

Now the problem is I had a friend water for me and he didn't feed to a 10 to 20 run off. I checked out the slurry after my vacation and it was really high like 2000PPM. So I leached it with 0ppm water 1st day to bring both the PH and the Soil back down to an appropriate range. The plants through this all looked great Kelly Green. I have never really worried about the Salt Builds as things are usually good and I really am doubtful my problems are build up or PH at this point.

30 Percent have Leaves have the dreaded light green look to them. So I did what I never do and sprayed some of that Instagreen diluted to add a little Nitrogen. Just did this a day ago, Ill wait to see if it does anything. But Some of the Plants are also dark green indicating to me that they are nitro toxic.
What am I missing here?

So I go to my guy and he sells my on AN Sensi A & B instead (Which I know as Nitro in it but a very diluted amount) instead of my Karma and Pureblend Soil, so I tried it out, Now on those plants which were healthy have the Rust Spots on them.

I am not looking for a stellar grow, but can some one explain SOG what not to do? As I think A) I am working more than ever before and literally going like i was at 1st grow crazy and think Im gonna cry if I see a spider mite... :)

A picture would be worth the thousand words I just read. ;)

SoG is about the easiest way to grow multiple plants. Let them veg for a while then flip to flower. I have close to 50 in 8 - 2gal pots right now and will flip in about a week. No more work than picking off any dead leaves and keeping an eye out for thrips.

Since I started using ProMix HP mixed about 50/50 with their potting soil and the Veg and Herb mix I've really had to cut way back on the amount of nutes. Started getting burn around 3 weeks into flower and flushing didn't seem to help a lot tho still got a decent crop. I'll be taking it easier with this round.

I'm using AN nutes but not with all the extras like you are. I just use the Big Bud, Rhino, another brand of CalMag, bit of epsom salts and molasses to feed the myco. Got a small bottle of the Ignitor and used half so far but didn't notice any difference so will test it again when I have some clones so I can do a proper comparison with matched plants.

I've done quite a few ScroGs but this is my first go with a SoG so will be interesting to see how it goes.

Yeah, I think I made the mistake of stressing them too much too. I vegged for ten days after rooting. I spent a lot of time super cropping, so I created little bushes instead of just focusing on the top cola. Something I have heard is not right in SOG is this true? Some of the color is coming back now. But I feel like I am in a war against time. Im almost end of three weeks and the girls are a bit flimsy. My buddy said there is no saving them once they are lime green at three weeks? I simply cant agree. Is this true in the SOG method. Traditionally, I realize that these girls havent had the two months veggie period, which of course increases the cells and thickness of the wall to aid in its defenses. But I use half and sometimes quarter strength of the AN stuff. A) its expensive, B) I personally think less is more, and C) Ive always had good results in a traditional but Im feeling that AN maybe a bit too much. Is it possible I am rootbound in these one gallons squares? 6x6

With a SoG the idea is to have many plants close together and focus on vertical growth rather than top and train like you would for plants that you want to create many colas with. Any side branching should be topped so only the bud sites closest to the main stem grow in close to keep a long cylindrical cola growing. I've actually let mine get too tall but will shove bamboo sticks in the pots later to use as supports for any bigger colas that want to fall over.

Your plants will have just finished their stretch period so if they were going lime green during that then it's likely they were underfed at a time when they needed extra feed. All my plants have lime green new growth because they have all been recently repotted into larger pots, well fed and are now under a 1000W MH lamp. The new growth is so rapid that it takes a couple days for it to turn dark green. This is a good thing.

One gallon pots aren't very big so you are likely quite rootbound. When the pots are near dry pull a plant out and see what's going on. Not too late to repot into larger sizes. I don't think a 6x6" pot is even a whole gallon is it? I just looked it up and 1USG is 231 cubic inches and those pots are 216 ci filled right to the brim so you have less than a gallon.

I got the 2 - part AN nutes a couple years ago and still have half left that I'm gradually using up but bought the 3 - part a while back so I can run lower N in later flowering as you have no control over the amount of N they get other than cutting back on everything when using the Sensi and Connoisseur. I got Sensi for veg and the Connie for flowering. I'll use the Connie for the stretch period then switch to the 3 - part but cut out the Grow and just use the Micro and Bloom at a 1:2 ratio along with Big Bud and some OverDrive later on.

This is my garden as of yesterday with all the SoG plants in the smaller pots in the middle two rows. The 1000W light is on a light mover going up and down the middle of it all.
