I live in the north east ..I just planted my seeds on Friday.
I put mine out June 1 outside...I run 8 t12(4ft) --24/7 till they go outside...I never had a problem doing it this way.

I done exactly what you said to do about checking the times on the web for your area..I live in the north east...and I usually have my plants outside ...in buckets...Sometimes around nowish..but I leave m n buckets incase it gets cold so I can bring em in... but I have been running my plants on 14 10 indoors...they are about a month old..all but two..which are a month and a half...the ones that are a month are about 7 ta 9 inches and 7 ta 10 nodesign high...my problem is I took them outa my closet to water then and I was checking some of the ones I topped and got to looking ...one had pollen sacks all over it...it stunned me...I pulled it instantly..but do u think this means the rest of my plants are trying to flower...they show no sign of it but I'm just worried..males always show first ya know. .I wanted to keep on this schedual so they won't reveg when they go outdoors. ..would u reccomened anything...I added a half hr to my timer thinking it would simulate the days getting longer...prob should have only added a few min though
You know what, I did more research. People putting their plants out in the day early and then putting lights over them at night for 2-3 hours and if many people can do that with no problem then I don't see why you can't bring them in at night under lights. Only cons is dropping the plant and damaging it or bringing bugs inside

I do this every night man...I haven't had the balls to let them sit out all night yet. ..and my only downfall is getting caught packing them in and out

My days are up to 13 hours 1 minute, {13 hours 50 minutes of visible light}, so I figure any seedlings I have coming up now are going to be fine. The deer helped me thin out a few of my early flower plants. I know the ones I topped were smelly already, so I guess the deer went for the ones trying to twist.

I think it's gonna get down to 41 tonight in my location...which I don't like ...I was gonna leave them outside in it to get em a lil use to the cold but I think I'm gonna leave thsm in a building close to where I have em...at least they won't get the full extent all at once...I dont wanna shock em or anything

This spring has been cool. It is slowing down my garden and my weed. It was 50F here this morning, which is quite a bit cooler than normal.

Yeah I hear ya..do u keep ur shit outside all night?...I can't remember what the Temps were for what I'm about to tell you or who said it on here but I was told cannabis...in veg I think...slows down or stops at around at like 60 some degrees...I think it's pretty high actually. ..I think the main reason my plants are doing so well is cause they haven't been exposed to the cold really...I literally was just about to go get them and still might...I am def gonna put them "inside"...no heat or anything

I'm growing totally outdoors. I do have a little underground greenhouse I dug, for the few nights when there is flooding rains. That has hurt me just about as bad as the cool weather.
