Is It Possible to Send Weed in the Mail?

I had a friend who put a half pound in a shoe box with a bunch of X and about 5 other different pills and duct taped it and shipped it to VA from cali and it made it. worth over 5g's in the box(in my eyes is STUPID to do soo much). just make sure you make sure there's no smell

Same thing i was wondering about shipping in the states but thought it was stupid and don't know any connects with anything different like og kush, white widow, purple haze or any other potent or real nice bud for a nice price that isn't trying to get over on you...lol. anyone want to try.lmao. let me know. pm me with prices. just looking for a couple of grams 1-7 depending on price and ill paypal,bank transfer or money order you the money. hit me up

UPS just make sure it is sealed up reallly well a jar works put the jar into something and ship it ups fedex been doing it for awhile no probs but take caution

So I gather the consensus is it can be done but not the smartest thing.
stuff that goes on planes does get looked a bit harder but usually they are looking for things that can damage the plane in flight not for drugs, the usps does more deliveries than anybody else by far so there is the hiding in numbers theory. Aalso anything under 13oz can be mailed from any drop box provided it has enough postage make the return and the destination addresses are the same and it should get there. Private shipping usually operates their own planes, trucks, etc again probably looking for things that can damage other things in transit. Smell is your enemy there have been many good suggestions. But the basic rule of safe growing is dont tell anyone, by shipping stuff around you are getting a whole lot of people involved that you just dont need.

i have a friend on the NE coast and im down south. been planing on sending her a package soon anyway, various things. was thinking about trying to send a little bud too. i was gonna put it in a jar of home made apple butter, sealed up really well of course. maybe a good 4-5 gram bud in a 12 oz jar. along with all the other stuff i plan to send i dont see it being a problem.
on a fairly related subject, my brother did a 13 month tour in afganistan and over the course of a year i probably sent him 20+ gallons of liquor through the mail in the flat rate shipping boxes. mostly in apple and white grape juice bottles. i supported the troops! lol but one other person over there got busted for it. some dumb ass didnt seal up the bottle proper and it fucking leaked everywhere. brought heat on the whole situation for a while, had to slow down.

Well my friend has sent me illegal military m-80s from his state to me and that when on plane hes done it about 9 times now never got caught he just put it in a padded psotal bag and i received it 5 days later

I herd from a guy who herd from another guy who's wife told him that her uncle said that ups and fed ex are private companies that can check and open any package they want and they do work with the cops.

Thats my point exactly. Stuff that we all know they are looking for, that they completely miss, ALL THE TIME! When you go to ship something they ask about explosives, booze etc so you think they would check for that. I have never had anybody ask me about drugs when shipping anything. The man power required to check everything would shore up the unemployment problem. All you really need to do is 3 things
1 fool the human element, make it hard to see and impossible to smell.
2 fool dogs, they have good noses but they only have the cognitive capacity of 2-3 year olds or 8-10 year olds with downs syndrome make it hard to smell and give them other smells so they loose focus
3 Make sure you have enough postage and the correct addresses, you dont want any delays or give any reason to further inspect the package.
but no matter what it is still a bad idea.

it is very easy. not too sure how smart it is to post about it beforehand, but then again it probably doesn't matter. just consider the volume of mail the USPS handles each day with great efficiency and speed, for the most part. there is no time to inspect everything. and yes, USPS is safest since as the above poster mentioned, Fedex and UPS can search without getting a warrant. fwiw, a friend of mine used to do this a lot with 100% success.
and Oregonmeds has the best avater on the site. Breaking Bad is terrific.

I picked some up at my local head shop they work amazing. I used 2 bags 1 larger than the other . Place weed in smaller bag, ( push out all the air) place small amount of coffee in larger bag (enough to fill the bottom). Place bag of weed in 2nd smelly proof bag. Add more coffee to cover the weed. Roll out all the air. I then wrap it in packing tape. If you really wanted to get silly you could always rub a little ONA on the outside of the 2nd bag before concealing it for shipment. bUt hey what do I know, I'm just a stoner ?
This process has has NO smell.

A guy I know sent back some hash from Afghanistan to a good friend of mine. It got through a few times but one day, the boys in blue were knocking on the door. Didn't get in any trouble but he say's it was tense.
