Its legal to own a plant that contains less then 1% thc in canada but i think you need to register them tho but normal males are definitely illegal and males produce a lot more thc then people think and you can make some very good honeyoil or hash with them some male leaves in certain strains contain more thc then the female leaves

I have been questioned about my plants twice from ccpd and they act like its no big deal both times has been from the same two cops that patrol my street about 2 weeks apart from each time they have seen them and even touched them when turning leafs over to look at them there are 6 plants right on my porch they have been there for about two months so ya idk what to think and i live in corpus christi texas which is weird cuz in texas they usually fuck you real fast when it comes to weed. Are cops starting to just turn the other way when it comes to weed these days.

Its illegal.
Its part of the cannabis sativa family.
I knew a guy yrs ago that tried to get off of charges because he only grew cannabis indica but still got charged.
His male plants were part of the total plant count and they were in a separate room.
And in most of canada its not as hippie friendly as everyone tries to make it out.i wish it were more mj friendly but its not.
