is it better to leave my lights on 18/6 or.....

is it better to leave my lights on 18 hours of the day then shut them off for 8... or just leave them on all the time till flowering... 1 of my seeds just sprouted about an inch out the soil... and im just wondering how i should do the lights

I do 24/0 it just depends on fast you want them to grow!! and how much electric ur willing to spend....

my ladies like the 6 hours rest that i give em during veg, 18/6 seems to be plenty

I would and always do go 24/0 seems to keep the plants more compact. I f you do the 18/6 The plants stretch in the dark looking for the light. This is why you usually get such a growth spurt when you switch to 12/12.

A little rest is always good to help keep your plants un-stressed. But 24 hours will grow them faster and like buzzkill said a lot denser
