if only people who are reproducing are eligible for marriage benefits, as you are proposing, then we will need a new government bureaucracy that administers monthly tests to all married men and women.
the men will have to submit to tests for impotency. once they are impotent, like you are, all marriage benefits are lost.
the women will have to submit to tests for menopause. once they are menopausal, like both you and your wife are, no more marriage benefits.
