Is anyone looking for a grow site?

I have a 24X50 foot warehouse with a month to month lease at $825. Landlord is aware of set up. Fully secure site. Currently no AC.
16X16 foot room set up with 8k watts. Passive air system carbon filtered.

If anyone is looking to walk into an already set up room with only 6 months old equipment send me a pm. Selling for cheap. Basically turn key operation.
