Interrupt light question

I've had an interrupt light on my girls since moving them to greenhouse in early June to prevent early flowering. Expect my natural flowering cycle to start around last week in July. My question, is there a best time to stop using the interrupt light so as not to delay natural flowering? Currently planning to stop use mid July.

Shouldn't be any issue. It's the whole idea behind Gas Lamp Routine. 12 on, 5.5 off, 1 on (interrupt light), 5.5 off, then when you want to switch into flower, just remove the 1 hour in the middle of the night.

I put mine out the 2nd day of summer, I'll kick them into flower at the end of July like you said... I gotta get em flowered and done by end of Sept. dont know if it will be an extra cold Sept or not.

whats the purpose of doing that?
The GLR? Just another alternative/cost saving light method. The only place that it has paid off IMHO is growing sativa's indoor by helping control their stretch, but that's just my experience with it.
