This winter has been exceptionally dark and rainy here in Oregon. If your new to the Pacific Northwest you might not be aware that the long dark rainy winters can disrupt your circadian rhythm, decrease your melatonin levels and make it difficult to sleep, even depressed sometimes. There are clear patterns of brain wave activity, hormone production, cell regeneration and other biological activities linked to this daily cycle. I wanted to pass along some great news about this all natural herbal product I started using that is working very well. I just take one full dropper full and I am ready to sleep in about 30 minutes or less. But the best part about this product for me is that I am finally getting a full 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep!
