Inside vs outside the grow room

Running a 6 bucket uc rdwc system in a 9x5 tent under 2kw. What should go in vs outside my growroom. Reservoir? Chiller? Airpump? I know it will work either way, but does anyone have recommendations on an item you feel makes a significant impact on the grow whether for reasons of heat, noise, etc.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

I would go with your air pump and chiller outside at a minimum because of the extra heat, at least that's where mine are.

All in all; This is something of personal choice and you most likely need to configure this based on electrical outlets, and as suggested above; temp/humid % concerns

Ideally you try to keep it all out of the tent, and most because of heat indeed. I definitely need my chiller to be outside my closet (else it heats up the air), and I keep my air pump near my intake but outside too (air temp.... don't want to blow warm air in the res). Not sure if placing the control res/bucket in an rdwc outside while the rest is inside is going to make a useful difference but it may help the chiller turning on less often.

Airpump- outside, because the longer line allows the hot air to cool down on its way in

Chiller- outside, thing literally blows hot air...

Res- up to you, but I like mine outside, easier maintenence, adding nutes, etc. And where would I put a 45 gal drum in my tent lol.

Honestly everything goes outside for maintenance sake, I've had stuff break, fall apart, and the last thing I wanna do is crawl under 4ft plants in sprog 6wks into flowering.

I put my air pump outside the tent towards ceiling with a small computer fan blowing on it. The pump has air cooled fins like a motorcycle engine so why not air cool it. Has dramatically reduced my res temps. I put res outside rigt next to ac vent so it cools it rather than being heated up by the lights in tent. I don't have water chiller but should go outside for heat and room reasons. The inline fan for ventallation can go inside attached to filter or right outside tent. I also am wrapping all of my buckets and plumbing in reflectics (a thin bubble wrap like insulation from lowes) it's insulated and reflective. You might not need this with the chiller tho. I run an undercurrent sustem also
