injunction/court case updates

There's a new clinic in my city as well and I've been debating trying to get a legal card.
I don't think it's MMAR at all, pretty sure it just gives me a prescription for an LP, but it gives me the paperwork I would need to legally carry and use as I please.

The more the merrier...it's too bad it makes it appear as though people actually support this shit...we all know it's to be legal and not for the quality. Go for it.

Goldstar cost $2 to file and if you can actually prove you have a medical condition that mmj treats when allard is over the goldstar case will be fought and you will be included in any judgment no doctors mmpr documents needed.

they fought to have his letter included. they tried to introduce new evidence before (this stuff) but the judge said he wouldn't accept it....they didn't need to do this at all. the upper judges said there needs to be a remedy/relief so they sent it back. now they are going to a lower court to get it varied. makes no sense to me at all.
if you look at it like a company, the manager said OK so they went back to talk to the supervisor....??
he is making little steps where as he can do this right! he also could have asked for this to be looked at right away so we can get on with our lives but he didn't ask for that either. what's up with this guy? why is he taking his time when we NEED to go faster....

I hope the injunction date, script and address gets the go ahead...with firm instructions on accepting these changes immediately.

Why wouldn't he overrule? Manson fucked up big time.

he is the same level of judge so I am not sure if he has the authority to over rule Manson. this is the messed up part-the Appeal judges (a higher court) said there should be relief or remedy so instead of Conroy going that way-already had a win-he is going to a lower court for the change. i don't understand this move....I'm not a lawyer or on his team so that could be why!! haha
