Indoor tent grow need help

Hey guys not a newbie but first time on here in awhile. I'm having difficulty determining the best set up for my environment.
I'll start off with a list of my equipment.
I have two grow tents each set up with the same equipment.
2 Grow tents- 4x8x7 (width,length,height)
With
1- can fan 125 carbon filter (1110 cfm)
1- 10" can fan high output (781cfm) running both tents. Filter is in a separate room then tents so hot air isn't recycled back into tents.
(The below equipment is what's in each tent)
2 - 1000 watt dimmable sun system galaxy amp ballasts
2- tac 8" air cooled cool tube with aluminum reflectors
1- 8" can fan for air cooled lights (493 cfm) with the exhaust for ac lights exhausting into separate room then tents are in.
1- dedicated air conditioner used for each tents air intake as well as the air cooled lighting.
My first question is should I be running the air conditioners in the room the tents are in? I currently have them running in the same room with both air intakes for each tent attached to front of each tents air conditioner. This has not been a problem in the spring and summer or even fall, but with winter coming I will need to run a space heater to keep the room containin the tents around 72 degrees. So I guess my 2nd question would be what's the best set up so I can keep the air conditioners needed to cool the lights and grow tents themselves running while being able to use heaters to keep room warm during lights off? Should I put ac in separate room for the fans to pull from and keep space heater in the room containing the tents to provide warm air? (Using the house heating system is not a possibility as it is an old radiator heating system.) Or should I move the filter into the room and run the tents opposite on/off schedules and use the warm exhaust from filter to heat the room to keep the "off" tent warm during lights off?
3rd question is anyone running a similar set up with a different heating/cooling system thend I have listed.

nix the ac's and use the ballast and bulb heat for heat. you can circulate it to lower power, or set a thermostat on your ac's, so they only kick on once temp goes above 78f. this can be done remotely with a probe type rheostat/dimmer/temp controller.

Ty. I currently have the ac on timers to go on when tent is on with the thermostats on the ac themselves set. How do u connect the probe type thermostat to the ac.

Can the same probes be used for the space heater when lights are off. I need to use the ac to cool the bulbs as heat in the tents (even with lights set at 600 each) is alot.

i'd need to know the ac unit/s and the temp controller specs. there are how to's and diy tutorials online though...

the temp controller i have is for reptiles, and is a simple on/off thermometer. once temp has been reached, controller shuts down power. once temp falls below set temp, power is restored, and element is on again. on this particular model (off at hot point, on at cold) is the opposite of what you need. however, the electrical device plugs directly into the controller, and the controller turns the appliance on and off. easy peasy...
