indoor/outdoor

i was wondering if it is a good idea that i put my plants outside during the day then bring them inside during the evening hours some of my leaves got burnt from the sun seeing as it gets pretty hot where i live but i know a lot of uv increases the crystals on the plant so is it a good idea?? will my plants eventually create enough crystals to prevent it self from getting burned or should i play it safe and keep them inside

If your plants have used artificial light, I don't care how big, it will need days to a week to transition to the power of the sun. Place them outside out of direct sunlight during high sun hours. You may give them direct light in the early morning or late afternoon. Gradually give them more and more light in the morning or evening or both. Work your way to a full day of light from both ends, IOW.

If you've already had them outdoors without a trainsition, that would explain the burning leaves.
