Indica Bud Growth

I was wondering when you guys have noticed most Bud weight is put on, Im just starting week 6 of flower on 7 pot of gold plants, a friend of mine said strong indica plants like this dont tend to bulk up till the 2nd half of flowering, pipe dream or do i still have alot of mass to look forward to instead of just resin production?

Yup,from my experience with indica's its the 2nd half where they bulk up,mine went nuts about a month into flowering & slowed from 7 to 9 when i chopped.
