Dammit hy leave the man alone! Its some smmooooth stuff. Of all the cheap beers at my disposal in the "ice" category keystone goes down smoother when you shotgun it than any other beer in its class. No beer snob for sure but i think keystone is a decent drink for the price.

try lost coast brewery great white . Its a white beer that tastes good. You won't drink anything else. They sell it at bevmo..

I don't drink anymore. I developed an allergy to hops about 8 years ago. Just half a beer will have me puking profusely for 2-3 days...its like food poisoning for me...l I can drink hard liquor though . Last time I drank. Me n my x drank a whole bottle of silver tequila and gold schlagger in one night. I have not wanted to feel like that again. So I'm a pure pot head lol.

Where i am from its pretty stamdard to have a beer with your meal when you become an adult, your almost a weirdo if the place serves and dont have a drink lol. I am not that way, learned at an early age that my competitive side carries over to drinking lol, so i do not go hard at it anymore, got that shit out the system in hs anyway. I go to a party nowadays and i will sip on sometjing throughout the night but im lkke you in the sense that i never let the bowl empty lol.

Will have to give that brew a try. I usually choose to support local brews/micro brews. Pale ales are prob my fav to drink, but the best local is New glarus ANYTHING, them bros know.how to brew.

lost coast is a small brewery from Eureeka, Humboldt County. They have a brewery restaurant there too. You can order the sampler platter which is a large shot of various beers they have

Speaking of beer check out the hops coming up in the IG greenhouse. The greenhouse setup has completely gone aquaponics with one 300 gal tank primary tank for the vegetarian Koi and Tilapia serving a gravity fed 200 gallon buffer tank that houses the carnivore Bass and Bluegill. The target DLI is 40 Moles/Day which in a 10b zone in the summer means the supplemental lights run very little to meet that target DLI. After that a single pump is all that is required to pull all the fish poop water from both tanks through the DWC where as you can see the hops are off to a pretty good start. Might be a bit early to think about a microbrewery but who knows.

Last week a friend of mine who runs the 420-pontoon combos in soil shared 2 ea., of a Harlequin, AC/DC and William's Wonder clones he uses to manage the excruciating pain he suffers as result of a sciatic nerve issues and the 3 different surgeries he's underwent to try and fix the problems. While he's trialed other strains these three have proven to be the the most effective at getting him through life. While effective on a personal level he had never had them lab tested so I offered to do so. What surprised me and the lab is that they each came back nearer 1:1 in THC:CBD% ratios. Sure they could be mislabeled but we got to talking about the difference in how they are finishing from when he used to grow these strains under narrower spectrum 1000 watt HPS and the 420-pontoon combo and he would never go back to HPS for any reason as the IG gives him a better finished product. Hmmm.....guess I'll be digging out one of my old thouies to test this out for me self.

So in the interest of further discovery I'm putting all 6 plugs up on what I'll call day 10 from clone in 4 x 4 tray with city water being gravity fed from a fresh water fish tank filled with Bluegill and Bass. Using a single 420-Pontoon drawing 418 watts at the plug we're currently running an 18/6 lighting schedule. Since it's aquaponics there will be no macronutrients added. The plants will only see nutrient rich fish poop. However since fish poop is light on calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium I will be adding a 1/4# of finely ground mineral rock dust for every 100 gal of water that I've found to be fish friendly and contains no pump damaging crystalline quartz. When I got the babies 4 days ago they were all showing signs of stress but as you can see there is new growth and they look to be off to a good start in their new home.

You know the only way to tell if your lamp is really waterproof is to submerge it in saltwater in front of a group of post doc marine biologists and fire that baby up! If only Tesla knew we'd be taking his coils 9 meters under the Pacific. I'm certain he would have approved.

Good catch. The salt water environment eats up any metal in that room. It is for that all of the hardware being directly exposed to saltwater is constructed of plastic. The driver housing is powder coated aluminum that utilizes a sacrificial zinc anode for additional corrosion protection.

Thanks G! From what I was told there is a specific spore that researchers have found do very well at that pressure. The conundrum has been red spectra does not make it below 3 meters. In controlled environments where pressure and exposure to red spectra have been combined the benefits were noteworthy and will be pursued during these trials.

Interesting stuff...but I was actually asking about pressure on the bulb. And is ballast above water...or in an enclosure?

The ballast housing is above water with a Neutric PowerCom connection to a custom cable housing and unspliced wiring which has been modified for deep saltwater magnetic permeability. The system is dimmable to 60% of full output. As to the pressure on the lamp it has been ran @ 9 meters with no ill effects. Deeper and prolonged exposure testing is underway.

So the aquaponic garden is chugging along nicely. These pics are day 16 and I brought in the 8" CC pots with the inserts to set up a wicking system. The coco, direct from Brazil, is exceptional in that its 55% fiberous and 45% pith so you don't have to add perlite. Just break it up and soak it in the micronutes before slipping them into the pots. All the fish in the 300 gal tank are fattening up nicely. I'm seeing that the ecosystem is pretty much established now so it's basically maintaining things, feed the fish and we'll wait and see what these ladies can do.

I wonder how induction lights like these would preform??? Maybe these and supplement with some 660nm and 730nm LEDS like IG?

They refused to warranty an fix my ballast.

Don't waste your money on China induction lamps.
