Incandescent Bulbs Add-On?

Hi all, If I am out of cfl's and want to add a bit more light to my room (not as the main light, just an addition to the 104 watts of cfl) could i use a regular incandescent bulb just as an extra bit more juice?

Is the bit of good stuff from it enough to be worth it with all the bad things about regular bulbs?
