Hi guys and girls am new here, just coming back to growing from a two and a half year break first run in my new 6000w room. Just moved to cali from florida and am loving it, my grow is state registered 100% 215 and county compliant I will be paying taxes and treating this as a business along with my day job.

Ok here goes, we have three strains this run all from dark heart nurseries the people who supply the majority of harborside's clones. Blue dream bubblegum pheno, dream queen (blue dream x space queen) and a little prior specialty of mine chernobyl (trainwreck, jack and ripper and trinity combined)

Medium - soil, Happy frog organic by fox farm
pots - 3 gallon smart pots
nutes - pure blend veg and bloom, botanicare cal mag and sweet raw (magnesium and sulfer) kool bloom bulking formula, humic acid and small intermittant shots of floralicious microorganism promoter

I have been so busy with work that this first run I have opted for straight simplicity I didnt fim or top and mis estimated how bushy they'd be so I didnt max the canopy this run so am expecting moderate yield but will be making some serious improvements to next run. primarily mylar the walls add 11 extra plants down the center for no walk way and two 600w mh on wings over the center since I have two open slots on my lighting controller, ill probably run for yield with fim'd blue dreams and chernobyl probably not running the dream queen again for the moment.

I built this room in a 1 car garage currently am a month into flower on the first run, the veg room is not finished sadly as ive been busy and will be going perpetual starting next round. I constructed simple frames to hold the lights fans and ducting, brought in an electrician to wire the room with 125 amps to handle up to 8000w in flower and 2000 in veg. have a negative pressure zone from 1400 cfm worth of 8 inch inline fans pulling through cool tube 1000w hps hooked to can am 125 carbon filter (big ass 5 foot tall). I moved the thermostat from the house into the flower room, blocked off useless vents in the house and keep the still functioning ones shut unless needed and ran two 8 inch lines into the room so it self regulates bringing in fresh co2 and no humidity.

obligatory bud porn attached : currently day 32 of flower

Looks good
thanks man, i did a somewhat safe moderate job this time around as far as setting it up for yield but its the first one in 2.5 years and a brand new room. next time im only doing blue dream on the right and down the walkway and chernobyl all down the left. I'll be fimming the next run for a better canopy and filling that walkway down the middle with another 2k of light in the center. id guess this run around 6-7.5 next run im aiming for 10 minimum more like 11

i was reading your 6k room thread last night actually and I gotta say I respect your skill I have less experience and enjoyed learning from what i saw

thanks I appreciate it. I'm doing 9k watts now, having a few issues this run though. What is the size of your room? Are you using co2 or exchanging air? What kind of air conditioner are you using? The nugs look good size for what day your on, you got some good yielding strains there.

What issues are you having? ive had a couple myself, nitrogen deficiency in the dream queens ive been treating along with a minor thrips infestation. ive sprayed spinosad twice a bit earlier and unleashed 2k lady bugs into the room, thrips are in very low populations to the point of a non factor but if any resurgance the next step is a nematoad water to wipe out a generation.

my flower portion is 10x15 ft 5x5 for each of the 6 lights. i dont know exactly what my air conditioner model is its the big central air unit mounted on my roof I just re directed the airflow into the room. I have two 750 cfm 8 inch inline fans on my light line pulling through my carbon filter one runs 24.7 the other kicks on with the lights. the room isnt 100% air tight since i did it in the garage i had to put a black plastic light barrier around the garage door but some air still gets pulled into the room from the outside its not perfect. when the air conditioner comes on which is every hour or so during the day and 50% of the time at night when lights are on it floods the room with fresh air from outside

I didnt build this as a perfectly sealed room i did what i could with what i have. I plan on setting up a second location with 8 to 10 k watts and when I do I will have the whole property to work with and will be doing a sealed room with co2 supplementation
