In need of exhaust fan and controller for new build, is there temperature sensitive units?

Hey guys, Im in the market for an exhaust fan and need some opinions. I believe in the summer I may fight some hotter than ideal temps so Im curious if there is a fan controller or setup that will increase the exhaust speed if the temperature is getting to hot. Im only using flourescent lights but the loft sometimes gets quite warm on the hottest days as it is not air conditioned

Is there a fan that will let me set it on slow speeds to run constantly, but if needed the fan will sence the temperature and up the CFM automatically?

This is a small grow so I really only need about 100cfm from my exhaust. If theres anything like this on the market, or if there is just a "go-to" basic fan with a basic controller that I can monitor and adjust myself I would love to be pointed in the right direction. Im completely open to 4 or 6" options. Thanks

Picked up a nice 300 cfm suncourt 6" inline exhaust fan and a speed controller by the same company today, $80 all in but worth it in the long run, the controller allows you to dial it down to only 80cfm so I have room for adjustment

Please to post link or name. Finding a fan/controller combo that actually works would be of value to me.

CAP make a temp controller that will turn the fan on/off when it hits the temperature you set, i am unsure whether there is one that will vary the fan speed beynd on/off.

If you're handy at doing some simple wiring you can use a digital temperature controller, although there are models that are plug and play but they cost more

They come in 120 and 220 volt, cheap and fairly simple to set up well, the temperature limits can be confusing. I think of it as setting a clock on a VCR
Good luck
Hope this post isn't too old to be relevant
