That doesn't alter the fact that I have special education, training, and experience that you do not. That's why, for example, I had to correct all of your misconceptions about the United States Code: what it means to be "updated," whether the code is a complete picture of the law, what it means when the law revision counsel edits the text, what it means to be enacted as positive law, etc.

You didn't understand these things because you had probably never dealt with the code or those questions until they came up in this discussion, and yet you're calling my work experience worthless and irrelevant?

It was then that you said you worked in a grocery store, and you asked me to inform you if I had some better reason for knowing than you did. That's exactly what I did--and that is the ONLY reason it ever came up--and yet ever since you have pestered me because I'm not moronic enough to tell you who I worked for and exactly what I did.

Why? I presume because you think I took your invitation to reveal something about myself to make up qualifications I didn't possess, for the sake of winning. You can repeat that as much as you want, but I just complied with your request in the best way that I could, given the circumstances. I never sought to invoke anything, YOU ASKED me to do it.

That's what's so annoying about this whole sideshow--I never sought to create it, and yet now you all are accusing me of doing just that!

reminds me of the other day, i stopped to get gas, the two people pumping gas were having a conversation about how much they hate the central planners, the federal reserve ruining everything, paper money being the downfall of our nation.

i chirped up something about how it was good we weren't on the gold standard considering how bad it just tanked.

they ignored that and went back to their "we hate the fed" discussion. so i asked them if they knew of any nation as powerful as ours without a central bank. they then said something about us making them all have central banks, which clearly made no sense.

i thanked them for the gas, wished them a nice day and drove off.

I never said United States Notes weren't on the books, lawful money and legal tender AREN'T distinct things today, and I had to tell you what the law merchant was because you didn't understand. Get it right.

All nations ( except 2 little ones and the Vatican) have a central bank tied to the Bank of International Settlements except for Iran.

Used to be Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Sudan and Iran. But obviously when we go and wage war on a country we install our debt based banking system there.

The debt based system is awesome, for a short while, then it becomes awful and everyone suffers but the bankers.

As far as gold tanking. It did? I got mine at less than $400 an ounce, looks to me like its consolidating after putting in a bottom. NORMAL, in 1976 gold took a 60% fall, but then went on to have 900% gains.

When the paper empire screeches to a fiery halt, everyone with a piece of paper telling them how many pieces of paper they have, will have nothing. Only those with actual tangible things have wealth.
