Well, mail ran and no card. This is day 89 and tomorrow is Sunday day 90. No chance of getting it earlier that day 91 so far. They received my app on 12/18/2017 and cashed the check 2/28/18....Called on 12 Mar and was told was approved and would receive card in 10-14 working days.

I went December 20th. So approximately 80 days. And I tried Prozac which made me vomit like crazy. Ambilify only made me feel extremely bloated and really depressed me (which is really bad since I also have bipolar 1) so I stopped taking meds for the PTSD since it was just making things worse. Have had to deal with night terrors, extremely disturbing dreams, flashbacks when the weather is grey and around 40-50 degrees (which is literally Chicago weather for most of December - April give or take)... it’s just been hell. I also tried street bud but A) I had no strain options, B) all the stains given to me had side effects of paranoia, which is the last thing I need, and C) I have no clue if it’s even safe to smoke. So I’m so so happy to have a place where I know the bud is safe and I have the right and effective options for treatment. What’s more, I’ve heard that they actually guide you on how to balance marijuana with your daily life. I am so relieved that I’ll be working with both my psychiatrist and the dispensary specialists to have a more stable life. For now, I’ll stick to it medically - I’m not ready for recreational use quite yet. I’m praying this works out for me because it’s seemed hopeless. But there is in fact a light at the end of the tunnel :)
There is hang in there its harder some days more than other

That's what I had figured on. I am hopeful for a card in hand day of 420 which would only be fitting lol .
Hi...I’m new here but have been following for awhile. I’m not 100% sure of my received date but I mailed my app around January 5th. My check was cashed on Friday. Hopefully that means some good news soon!!!

My check was cashed on the 14th so if I get my card before you then you should be within a few days of mine lol.

Hi Kvondi73, Hope you're doing ok today. You hang in there, I'm glad I found this place too, everyone is so kind <3 and I'm thankful for ALL the information. I've learned more here than anywhere. Ill be waiting buddies with you for sure :) We're already a couple days closer! I have never been on a forum either, how do you "like" these replies? lol
Hi, for me the “like” option just showed up as an option after I had been active for a bit. It almost seemed like it was tied in with the trophy or points they give for participation. Guessing of course... but it is now right next to reply.

Filed online and my application was received 1/16. My credit card was charged $250 for a 3 year on 1/17. Is this the "check clearing" that people are referring to? I assume it is and that mine was charged immediately because it was online and through a credit card.

Called today (3/19) and was told that my application has not yet been processed. The lady confirmed to me that they are processed first in, first out. No other info. Latest data point seems to be 77 days from receipt to approval which puts me at 4/2 for approval and card by 4/20 ... fingers crossed.

At least I have some info and won't be check the mail every day this week! Good luck folks!

Summary ... Application received 1/16, not yet processed as of 3/19

I am about 15 days behind you. I calculated by end of April so you are on target. They do take the credit card payments first, so the check cashing timeline doesn’t work with our process. At least we are about half way.. every day after today is one day closer! I’ll be excited when you get yours as I’m not far behind.

Hello, New Here. Wish I was bearer of better news. Many of you did much better then Me. I today joined THE 100 CLUB!!!
I Finally got someone to answer after dozens of tries over many hours, my Card was mailed today, on Day 100. They said allow 2 to 3 weeks. Which means about day 114 to 121. On my calendar, that is 16 to 17 weeks, so 4 MONTHS. Can I just say, ONLY, and I mean ONLY, in ILLINOIS!! I pray you all fare better. I had grown so sick of looking into an Empty mailbox day after day, week after week. Thank GOD I did the Speedy Electronic Filing!!

Sadly, I was 97 days to Approval, and I have been on Disability 9 years, with 3 qualifying conditions. The Doctor looked at my current list of Meds and Diagnosed conditions, and approved me on the spot, no questions asked. If it takes 97 days to process an open and shut case, I pity the people who might be scrutinized. God bless you all, and hang in there. As Tom Petty said, The Waiting is The Hardest Part!

Congrats!! I guess I should have not applied 9 days before you, complete B.S. that they do them in Order. I apply 9 days before, and get it 14 to 21 days after. Yes, Illinois, that is first in first out. Liars and Thieves run this state. I am very happy for you though.
