I was huge Bernie supporter. Was as fired up for Bern as I was O....

Minute it was officially over, I bummed for a few hours, pulled my big boy pants up and ordered my Clinton yard sign.

I'm an idealist and pragmatist at once. I do not get the Bernie ppl that voted for Trump, or even 3rd party. I cannot fathom doing anything that would help Satan's prodigy one little bit..

Same exact story here. The "my way or I quit" attitude is one of entitlement and privilege. As you say, little boy pants.

Sanders is taking exactly the same course of action you and I did. Some on this forum are acting as if that never happened and continue to rage against Clinton and Democrats as if Republicans had no part in this. So, not only are they entitled, privileged bitches but also delusional.

love bernie and considered backing him over hillary, but hillary is so much more of a badass. would walk through hot coals and broken glass to vote for her again.

hate what some bernie supporters have become for the most part.
I get this.. i reget not doing more for her. I think repeatedly, " why oh why did i not take those last few days off work and work the phone banks for her."

I do have my complaints w her, i wont lie, but they arent deep seated hatred by any means.
Her campaign sign hangs right next to my bernie one in garage now. I was disappointed in the primary, but still aweful goddamn proud that i voted for the first woman in our history to win the popular vote for President and a woman, despite any flaw anyone can argue, would be doing emensely more good for Americans than this diranged oompa loopma.

I am confident i stood on the right side of history in voting for her. Everyone from centrist to ultra left needs to stop the circular firing squads. The stakes are too high to risk success for the holding to ones particular spot on the political spectrum as an uncompromisable position.

From Center right on rightward on the scale, those folks have prooven they will risk our existance as who we are for this despot.

From center on left we must unite for sake of our republic.... period. We can squable later over the details. For now our republic needs rescue and failure is not an option.

This might be news to some of you here, but many of us on the left already have come together and we are working together to build a better future. I'm far from the only one who thinks that both major parties are currently compromised. Therefore, we're laying the groundwork now for a government that will actually represent the rest of us, as opposed to merely making a show of it while taking the money that prevents them from actually doing so.

So your plan was if you didn't get your way let America be destroyed?
Wow what a dick move

So people should have voted for Clinton because YOU think she was the best option? You know what's in everyone's best interest?

Huh. Could have sworn that was you that yammered on for weeks about people knowing what's in their own best interests.

As far as criticising her goes, I've seen you do that plenty of times (including your emphatic agreement with Jon Stewart), but if someone else does, it's wrong. We can only criticize her the way you do. Anything else is unacceptable.

A good place to start would be admitting you were wrong, but you won't.

Not what I said at all. I'm not surprised you went to your comfort zone and started putting your own spin to it.

It is complete arrogance to accuse those who don't want to vote for your candidate of being the destroyers of anything.

If you want to be a better alternative for people, that's great! But whining about how you're the only game in town is bullshit and a complete copout on the responsibility of actually being a better choice.

'But he's BAD!' isn't a viable campaign strategy, in case last November wasn't enough proof.

The American people want economic reform, not more shit that looks like this;
dawndead3.jpg

That doesn't look like the Democratic Party gives a fuck about anyone but the donor class, does it? All lip service aside, they look like they're just more of the same.

Until they address THIS, they will keep losing votes.
