ice

any one ever heard of this strain. i ordered it of 420-seeds.com. its just called ice they got here in like 5 days and im plantin them in a few days. i just wanted to noe wat to expect from this plant.

have not tried it, but at least i gave you a reply. lol. almost ordered it but went with bubbleberry instead. ive heard ICE is pretty good and not to hard to grow.

i grew some alongside others but both turned out male, but looked nice. read this though

yeah, i tried it, got the seeds in amsterdam, i was very disapointed, not the great of quality & a low return on harvest. i wouldn't waste your time..

no, first grow but my frind grew it before andit was pretty good and it looked sick

i meant, had the guy that was dissapointed grown before cause it could be grower error that he got low yield rather than the ice.

But yeah i didn't get past veg, but they should get frosty as fuck. sounds good if you liked what your mate did, i'd go for it

ya ice is some bunk genes, go with a legit seed company next time, anyone that enters there shit in the cup is good, and most seeds companies on attitude besides g-13labs and nirvana

nirvana is fine, they may not produce the absolute best like OG kush or AK-47 but they are just fine. I grew ak-48 from them which was potent, and am now growing their ppp which seems to have gotten decent enough reviews. also Ice is either the mother or father of ak-48, and think was used to add potency.

Also on the nirvana website it says "Ice is a winner of the 1998 Cannabis Cup." It's obviously not the best weed in the world, but if the your mate has grown it green nugs and you like it then there is no problem

Sont know about where you got those bean, but I have grown Ice from nirvana a bunch of times. Its VERY good herb, with 2 different phenos. Both are good producers, but the shorter, squatter pheno finishes about 2 weeks faster and produces about the same. It has a spicy wood taste. The taller pheno tastes like some kind of berry...just takes longer and gets too tall for some peoples grow rooms.I guess it all depends on where the seeds originally came from.

i was more disappointed in the quality..than the harvest size.. not a grow error, i have grown about 30 plus strains, in about 20 years. i got the seeds from either dutch passion or sensi..in amsterdam itself!! it's just not worth the "hype" i rather go with a white label brand..ice is nothing special at all..compared against the other greats. If you were new to it, it may seem outstanding... it's maybe slightly above average, at best. but there is certainly worst, but why mess with average..you know.

yeah fair point...do you know who made your seeds green nugs? I just assumed you were talking about nirvana, maybe somehow nirvana made the best ice, i don't really know as i 've never smoked just going by some of the reviews i've read.

Hows AK 48 and AK47 for production wise??

i've grown 48, it was my first grow and only got 2 ounces from 2 plants, various reasons for that, but think its meant to be an above average yielder, never grown 47 but its meant to be another league and pretty good yields. costs quite a bit so it all depends on how confident you feel in not killing your plants, but i think they are both pretty hardy.

So about 1oz a plant I can bargain with... I got that already, I was kinda banking on 1.5 or more with a veg time of 3 weeks.. But the ak sure looks pirtty good to grow.. Not worth me buying seeds for a whole crop, but it's worth vegging enought to clone down one! I thinK i just might try it... The only question is, is it worth the risk growing not based on will i hinder it, but is it worth it because of production....
