if it was such a bad thing that he quit without notice then they would have used that instead of making up a BS reason.

Yeah

Exactly, she made up a bs reason to make sure that I couldn't get my job back. Real cool.

tired of selling drugs just to break even at the end of the month
Only read the first page but this jumped out at me as nobody even commented on it..

Not a single person I know who sells any kind of drug is ever "just breaking even" You must be doing something very wrong not to make money from it. :wall:

Yeah

I'm kind of "over" this thread, but the reason I am breaking even is because once I pay rent, buy food, gas, etc. I really don't have much left. I'm doing something wrong?

Completely forgot it's different for you guys over there..

Most people who deal over here have their rent and bills pretty much paid for by the government so they get all the drug money to themselves.

no no, we have plenty of those over here. at least half of the food stampers at the store are dressed better than me(i consider myself to be at least halfway well dressed), drive nicer cars, and go out more than i do. hell, i know of people who get thier rent, utilities, food, and medical all paid by the govt and they make cash by selling the prescription pills they get for free...so they are basically selling the govt's drugs on the govt's dime.

aint the world grand?

It would bother me if it was a normal job. If I typed out the WHOLE story, none of these stoners would want to read it. know what I mean.
LOL dude this exactly. I like the site but some of the times you see this situation. Lol, I'm not sure what it is about the weed these kids smoke, but the first thing it makes them want to do is throw out insults.

Lol so many squabbles happen over misreading on this site it's unbelievable. You gotta love it

I know this thread is long over with, but how many jobs give you 2 weeks notice before firing you? But then expect notice when you quit.

I know I was in the wrong for quitting without notice, that's a given. But that simple fact would not keep me for getting hired again. She made it a personal and made sure of that.
Yeah, it most definitely WOULD make you not considered for re-hire. You may very well be the best burrito roller in all of Taco Helldom, but If I can't RELY on you being there, you are useless to me. I make an employee schedule based on the amount of business I anticipate. Come the time you're supposed to be there, I'm counting on that. When you just don't show up, I'm fucked. So is the poor slob who was just about to get that blow job and I had to call HIM in on his day off 'cuz you didn't have the nutz to tell me ahead of time.
And, no, I don't work at Taco Hell, I did own my own biz tho and had employees. I have rehired guys with so so abilities, but I could RELY on the fact that they would be there.
Now if a prospective employer is told you were fired because of theft of money, I'd sue the pants off Taco Bell.

Actually by law every employee should be given either notice in the form of a written letter or they will have been given a heads up stemming from disciplinary action. If not they are entitled to termination / severance pay 1-2 weeks for every year they have worked.

That's how is works where I live at least

First of all... FUCK YOU for assuming you know ME AND MY SITUATION.

second of all, if I quit with no notice that gives you the right to say I stole?

Take your bullshit somewhere else.:finger:

And to add, I increase production. I can collect money, stuff, wrap, and hand out a burrito quicker than you can say "I'm an asshole"

yes it's taco bell
Being the best at taco bell is like being the smartest retard.

I respect you where a hard worker

But leaving without notice is irresponsible, if you where a good worker you would know that you would fuck up that shift

thats what you get for quitting with no notice you P.O.$. Its ignorant people such as yourself that drives business owners, like me, and others bananas. Do you realize how much it costs in time and production to retrain someone to step into someones elses shoes that just felt like they got the shaft and quit with no notice.

You reap what you sow.
it is fraud on the part of the previous manager and you can sue him for libel. that has done irreparable damage to your reputation and if you are fired for stealing you don't qualify for unemployment benefits. GET A LAWYER AND GET THIS FIXED ASAP.

btw, business owners love to fire people 'without notice' but hate it when they walk out. FUCK YOU. i've walked out of a few restaurant jobs, FUCK EM. :)

also if when you were hired you signed an employment contract that said you are an 'at will' employee, you reserve the right to walk out of the job without fear of retribution. you have a good case for a lawyer,

if that previous manager owned a nice car, congratulations on your new nice car... ;)
