Da fuck are you talking about, Fin? "Shake" is literally ground up bud, or the crumbs in the bottom of a bag of grass. So if the crumbs are from "high quality" bud, then the shake also is "high quality". So... you're just dumb. Once again.

Actually the OP said hes in the bay area, the clubs here sell shake and I think it usually is sugar leaf, which is commonly used for edibles or concentrates. They also sell the crumbles from the bottom of the pound bags and small buds that growers kept separate from the pound bags, but those are usually labeled "budlets" or "smalls".

if i had to buy buds, id be all over the budlets haha.

Smoking is wack. One of the few bad experiences I have had was while smoking like 5 spliffs mixed with cigs, caffeine, and edibles while on a long ass road trip. I suppose it was just a panic attack but it was pretty scary. I am not sure if you can actually overdose on canni but that was close. Weed, Cigs, and Caffiene in copious amounts is a recipe for disaster. I know its hard to get but once you realize that you are poisoning yourself to death its an easy choice. Good luck to you!
