I like a toke when im on the can. Preferably sativa. Makes everything nice and easy peezy.
Literally..never done yoga..never seen the best of it.
I don't think I've ever done yoga without a buzz.
Exercise and weed have always gone well together in my experience.
I thought yoga was invented by a stoned east indian... lol
The thing is you get so high you can't move....
Hi huh what can't move whatever get to a higher Ground then baby. Yoga can free the body mind spirit & connect & correct. Unless one had a problem Cumming Correct in the first. You my sweet I not sure yet. Young but definitely.....
One day I will experience the realm of tai chi through yoga..
My experience.I do qigong.Chinese Yoga .I dont think theres much harm in doing both.However.If you involve meditation into your practise i wouldnt bother.
Do qigong.A form of moving meditation.The Shaolin Monks are a good example.Look up Shaolin Qigong on youtube.
Also known as Taoist Yoga to some.
try an isolation tank on with some good couch-lock smoke
I will definitely import qigong into my system, then become a grand master..
I enjoy mixing Cannabis and yoga...
One method of entering meditative state is by method of breathing. Of course you don't want to TRY to breathe... Just breathe - and understand the more that you attempt to control the natural functions of the body (breathing) with the mind, the more unsettled you become.
And cannabis will help you relax in to a state where it's easier to just BE. I recommend cannabis & yoga in isolation where you have no instructor guiding. Just spontaneous movements. Everyone has a very unique and key yoga. Kind of like a flower growing and moving spontaneously.
These days old people aren't realizing the benefits of marijuana....

how important is keeping my back straight as a beginner? i have horrible posture compared to the ppl on the yoga vids and it feels pointless when i try yoga due to that
