I love to smoke, and I love to do yoga.. Anyone have any experience mixing those two?

    I'm thinking about a nice hybrid vape right before my evening yoga but was curious if anyone here had any experience with toke'n pose mechanics. :P

    Not sure about yoga, but I love smoking some sativa right before a jog. Sorta put my mind into the mood to tear it up. Afterward my workout and cool down I'll enjoy some indica strain and a hot shower. It's awesome.

    I blaze before: sprints, 5 mile run, high intensity weight training, and MMA training (haven't trained in a bit).
    The key to this ^^^^ : You have to be daily smoker/ possess tolerance and you will be able to perform these physical tasks w no problem.
    Stay hydrated and stay HIGH !!!

    I do this all the time, you'll really enjoy it. For me at least, it lets me get in to my body more, I feel it a lot more. I think they pair very well IMO

    Ugh I can't waiiiit. Standing split is gonna kill tonight I think. And Sevasana at the end is gonna make everything hit home. Or maybe child's?

    I'm a Yoga (RPM Cycle, swim) instructor, and I do Yoga high all the time. I try not to be high at work, but I do evening Yoga all the time stoned. If you're into the spiritual side of Yoga, you'll love doing it while high. And I recommend doing "it" while high as well. :)

    Yeah I always get high before I workout. Especially for cardio, nothing beats getting stoned and wailing on the heavy bag. Or getting stoned and going for an intense bike ride. Bring a pre-rolled joint (I used my volta vape now) so you smoke without having to stop. Also DMX is awesome for some intense biking or heavy bag workouts. Haven't worked out in a while, gotta get back on it soon.

    The lovely lady in my avatar who used to frequent the board often used to be a fitness geek..buuuuuut unfortunately she is no longer with us...but I keep her spirit strong










    No she didn't pass....just 2 people that loved to hate each other got banned. ...I feel strongly unjustified about it.



    Did I use that right in a sentence. ...I dunno..lulz

    Remember, on your run, breathing is key. Breathe in over 4 steps, release over 4 steps. It is a bit uncomfortable for two minutes or so, but it gets natural after a while.
