Hydro help

I'm looking to make a cheap and easy hyrdroponic or bubbleponic system....i have 18 total plants about 5 weeks old currently in soil but are in desperate need of a new home....small amount of space, anyone have any suggestions or help????

I remember reading about not being able to transplant soil plants to hydro.
(maybe someone can confirm this)
So your gonna have to take cuttings.

Wal-mart
-Plastic containers there from like 1 gallon to 30 gallon tote.
-aquarium air pump, they have a double one there for like $12.00
-aquarium tubing
-Air Stone (the biggest you can buy for the container)
Garden Store
-cloning gel/ solution
-nutrients
-rockwool cubes
-mesh pots

you could get something going pretty quick for under $75.00
